Come join me in a exploration of human anatomy, movement and mindfulness. Discover how these three areas work together to help you use your body in a more efficient and balanced way. Taught through the discipline of Core Movement Integration (CMI), you will learn a mindful exercises used to re-pattern movement at a neurological level.
In this workshop we will connect these sound functional movements to your Martial Arts Practice by:
Learning your anatomy, how it works and how to use it efficiently.
Reduce pain by changing unhealthy movement habits and poor posture at a neurological level.
Increase your proprioception, balance and control your subtle deep core movements.
Learning how to transfer kinetic forces through your body with efficient bone alignment to generate greater power with ease.

WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, and warm socks. A yoga mat or blanket, and a pillow or large towel (something you can use as a bolster).A notebook and pen too, there will be good information you'll want to remember.
Space is limited to 15 people. A minimum of 5 people is required. If the minimum is not reached the workshop will be rescheduled.
