WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, and warm socks. A yoga mat or blanket, and a pillow or large towel (something you can use as a bolster).A notebook and pen too, there will be good information you'll want to remember.
Space is limited to 12 people. A minimum of 5 people is required. If the minimum is not reached the workshop will be rescheduled.
