In this comprehensive 3 hour introduction you will learn the principles, key concepts and 6 Pathways of Core Movement Integration. Through breath work, visual body-scan meditations, an anatomy lesson and exploring your movement patterns you will increase your body/mind awareness and enhance your proprioception. With consistent practice you will be able to retrain your patterns of movement at a neurological level. This is a great place to start your journey to lifelong fitness and wellness as you will learn tools you can take home with you and start using right away in your everyday life.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, bring a yoga mat or blanket and a bathroom/beach size towel (something you can fold up as a bolster). Bring a notebook and pen too, there will be good information you'll want to remember.
